Carroll Chargers (Fort Wayne, IN) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Concord Minutemen (Elkhart, IN), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Carroll moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Chargers host Columbia City (Columbia City, IN) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 2. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-1.

The Minutemen now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Northridge for a test on Tuesday, September 17. Concord will meet a Raiders team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Elkhart (Elkhart, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 3-3.
