In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Legacy Academy Silverbacks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Crownpoint Eagles.

The Silverbacks (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM). The Rattlers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Tucumcari lost by Logan (Logan, NM), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Ramah Mustangs (Ramah, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 17. Crownpoint will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Quemado (Quemado, NM).
