The Douglas County Huskies edged the visiting Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Huskies face the Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 17. Douglas County will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.

The Trojans (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Vista Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO). The Wolves go into the game with a 0-3 record.
