The Bell Griffins soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Washington Latin Public Charter School Lions to 0 in the Griffins non-league victory on Saturday.
The Griffins now hold a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Cardozo for a DCIAA bout on Monday, September 16. Bell will play a Clerks squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC). The Clerks record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Washington Latin Public Charter School moves to 2-2 on the year. The Lions host BASIS (Washington, DC) to play the Red Giants in a PCSAA bout on Tuesday, September 24. The Red Giants go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
