Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, MN) and the visiting Sartell-St. Stephen Sabres (Sartell, MN), saw Buffalo's soccer squad knock off Sartell-St. Stephen by a count of 2-0.

The Bison (8-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wayzata (Plymouth, MN). The Trojans enter the non-league battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Wayzata tipped Apollo (St. Cloud, MN), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Sabres battle the Brainerd Warriors (Brainerd, MN) in a Class AA Section 8 battle, on Tuesday, September 17. Sartell-St. Stephen will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 1-4 record after their 0-0 league St. Cloud Tech (St. Cloud, MN).
