Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI) and the visiting Fitch Falcons (Groton, CT), saw Chariho's soccer squad knock off Fitch by a count of 2-0.

The Chargers (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against North Smithfield (North Smithfield, RI). The Northmen enter the Division 1 battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, North Smithfield by South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next up, the Falcons confront the St. Bernard Saints (Uncasville, CT) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 19. Fitch will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
