Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Kickapoo Chiefs (Springfield, MO) and the visiting Washington Bluejays (Washington, MO), saw Kickapoo's soccer squad triumph over Washington by a count of 5-0.

The Chiefs (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Willard (Willard, MO). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Willard tipped Hillcrest (Springfield, MO), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Bluejays confront the Fort Zumwalt North Panthers (O'Fallon, MO) in a Gateway Central battle, on Tuesday, September 17. Washington will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
