The Point Pleasant Big Blacks soccer squad scored 6 points and held the host Sissonville Indians to 0 in the Big Blacks non-league victory on Saturday.
The Big Blacks now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Teays Valley Christian for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 17. Point Pleasant will play a Lions squad coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Poca (Poca, WV). The Lions record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Sissonville moves to 3-6 on the year. The Indians travel to Scott (Madison, WV) to play the Skyhawks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 24. The Skyhawks go into the bout with a record of 1-7.
