Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Suffield Academy Tigers (Suffield, CT) and the host Westminster School Martlets (Simsbury, CT), saw Suffield Academy's soccer squad triumph over Westminster School by a count of 6-1.

The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA). The Big Green enter the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Deerfield Academy tipped Salisbury School (Salisbury, CT), 5-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Martlets confront the Taft School Big Red (Watertown, CT) in a Founders battle, on Wednesday, September 18. Westminster School will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Big Red enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Brunswick School (Greenwich, CT).
