Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the West Middlesex Big Reds (West Middlesex, PA) and the host Titusville Rockets (Titusville, PA), saw West Middlesex's soccer squad hold off Titusville by a count of 3-2.

The Big Reds (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Wilmington (New Wilmington, PA). The Greyhounds enter the District 10 Region 1 battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Wilmington tipped Commodore Perry (Hadley, PA), 8-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Rockets confront the Iroquois Braves (Erie, PA) in a District 10 Region 4 battle, on Thursday, September 26. Titusville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record.
