Colorado High School Softball - Aurora Central bested by Denver North

The Denver North Vikings triumphed over the host Aurora Central Trojans softball squad by a count of 16-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings play the Thomas Jefferson Spartans (Denver, CO) in a 5A/4A Denver Prep challenge, on Monday, September 16. Denver North will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 15-3 league win over Denver South (Denver, CO).

The Trojans (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Greeley Central (Greeley, CO). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last challenge, Greeley Central was routed by Wellington (Wellington, CO), 18-0, in a league challenge.
