Oklahoma High School Softball - Preston gets by Beggs

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Preston Pirates (Preston, OK) and the host Beggs Demons (Beggs, OK), observed Preston's softball team get by Beggs by a tally of 4-3.

The Pirates (23-3) will now prepare for their bout against Dewar (Dewar, OK). The Dragons go into the non-league bout with a 28-0 record. In their last bout, Dewar tipped Mounds (Mounds, OK), 11-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Demons clash with the Caney Valley Trojans (Ramona, OK) in a non-league bout, on Monday, September 16. Beggs will attempt to advance on its 12-10 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 13-8 record after their 8-3 non-league win over Davenport (Davenport, OK).
