In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Harvest Christian Saints volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Alcuin Hawks.

The Saints (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Wichita Christian (Wichita Falls, TX). The Stars come into the TAPPS 2A District 2 challenge with a 1-8 record. In their last challenge, Wichita Christian was nudged by Victory Christian Academy (Decatur, TX), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Hawks play the First Baptist Saints (Dallas, TX) in a TAPPS 2A District 4 challenge, on Thursday, September 26. Alcuin will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
