The Anderson County Bulldogs volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Field Kindley Golden Tornado to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Parsons for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 14. Anderson County will play a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Jayhawk Linn (Mound City, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Field Kindley drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Golden tornado host Chanute (Chanute, KS) to play the Blue Comets in a Southeast Kansas outing on Tuesday, September 17. The Blue Comets come into the outing with a record of 2-3. Chanute won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against St. Mary's-Colgan (Pittsburg, KS)
