The Anderson County Bulldogs volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Parsons Vikings to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now have a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Iola for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 14. Anderson County will play a Mustangs team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Humboldt (Humboldt, KS). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Parsons drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Vikings host Chanute (Chanute, KS) to play the Blue Comets in a Southeast Kansas outing on Tuesday, September 17. The Blue Comets come into the outing with a record of 2-3. Chanute won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against St. Mary's-Colgan (Pittsburg, KS)
