In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Archbishop Riordan Crusaders volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Westmoor Rams.

The Crusaders (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Dougherty Valley (San Ramon, CA). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Dougherty Valley beat Granada (Livermore, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Rams meet the Monta Vista Matadors (Cupertino, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 14. Westmoor will attempt to upgrade on its 0-12 season record. The Matadors enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA).
