Sabetha Bluejays (Sabetha, KS) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Atchison County Tigers (Effingham, KS), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Sabetha advances its record to 1-11 on the season. The Bluejays host Silver Lake (Silver Lake, KS) to face the Eagles in a Big Seven test on Tuesday, September 17. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 8-5. Silver Lake lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Shawnee Heights (Tecumseh, KS)

The Tigers now sport a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McLouth for a Northeast Kansas League test on Tuesday, September 17. Atchison County will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Central Heights (Richmond, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-4.
