The Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms topped the host St. Anthony Village Huskies volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Awesome Blossoms face the Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton Bulldogs (Janesville, MN) in a Gopher game, on Tuesday, September 17. Blooming Prairie will attempt to advance on its 4-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Alden-Conger (Alden, MN).

The Huskies (1-7) will now prepare for their game against DeLaSalle (Minneapolis, MN). The Islanders go into the Tri-Metro game with a 5-9 record.
