Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Branson Bulls (Ross, CA) and the visiting Saint Francis Lancers (Mountain View, CA), observed Branson's volleyball team hold off Saint Francis by a tally of 3-2.

The Bulls (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Terra Linda (San Rafael, CA). The Trojans enter the Marin County contest with a 11-2 record. In their last contest, Terra Linda got by Casa Grande (Petaluma, CA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Lancers meet the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA) in a West Catholic contest, on Tuesday, September 17. Saint Francis will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Monarchs enter the contest with a 7-2 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA).
