Arkansas High School Volleyball - Central over Van Buren

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Central Tigers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Van Buren Pointers.

The Tigers (9-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Benton (Benton, AR). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Benton beat Arkansas (Texarkana, AR), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Pointers meet the Episcopal Wildcats (Little Rock, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 14. Van Buren will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Bauxite (Bauxite, AR).
