South Dakota High School Volleyball - Deuel tips Waverly/South Shore

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Deuel Cardinals (Clear Lake, SD) and the host Waverly/South Shore Coyotes (Waverly, SD), observed Deuel's volleyball team hold off Waverly/South Shore by a count of 2-1.

The Cardinals (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Preston (Lake Preston, SD). The Divers enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Lake Preston was tipped by Castlewood (Castlewood, SD), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Coyotes battle the Redfield Pheasants (Redfield, SD) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 14. Waverly/South Shore will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Pheasants enter the contest with a 2-4 record after their 3-1 league loss to Sisseton (Sisseton, SD).
