The Elko Indians (Elko, NV) volleyball knocked off the host Sparks Railroaders (Sparks, NV), 3-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Indians now possess a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Churchill County for a 3A Northern - East bout on Friday, September 20. Elko will clash with a Greenwave team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Hug (Reno, NV). The Greenwave record now stands at 12-5.

With the loss, Sparks drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Railroaders travel to Truckee (Truckee, CA) to clash with the Wolverines in a 3A Northern - West bout on Wednesday, September 18. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 6-6. Truckee won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Lassen (Susanville, CA)
