Mt. Mansfield Cougars (Jericho, VT) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Missisquoi Valley Thunderbirds (Swanton, VT), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Mt. Mansfield improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Mount Anthony (Bennington, VT) to face the Patriots in a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 4-1.

The Thunderbirds now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colchester for a non-league test on Thursday, September 19. Missisquoi Valley will face a Lakers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Essex (Essex Junction, VT). The Lakers record now stands at 1-3.
