The Myrtle Point Bobcats volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Waldport Irish to 0 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bobcats now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Umpqua Valley Christian for a non-league outing on Monday, September 16. Myrtle Point will play a Monarchs team coming off a 3-1 league win over Powers (Powers, OR). The Monarchs record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Waldport drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Irish travel to Siuslaw (Florence, OR) to play the Vikings in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 19. The Vikings come into the outing with a record of 3-3.
