In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Sprague Olympians volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the North Medford Black Tornado.

The Olympians (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Westview (Portland, OR). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Westview beat Aloha (Beaverton, OR), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Black Tornado meet the South Eugene Axe (Eugene, OR) in a 6A Southwest challenge, on Tuesday, September 17. North Medford will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Axe enter the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 3-1 non-league win over North Eugene (Eugene, OR).
