The Platte County Pirates volleyball squad (Platte City, MO), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Spring Hill Broncos (Spring Hill, KS)

With the win, Spring Hill improves its record to 5-6 on the season. The Broncos travel to Shawnee Heights (Tecumseh, KS) to encounter the Thunderbirds in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 14. The Thunderbirds go into the battle with a record of 2-3.
