In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Riverbend Bears volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Potomac Senior Panthers.

The Bears (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Stafford (Falmouth, VA). The Indians come into the Commonwealth challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Stafford lost by North Stafford (Stafford, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers play the Woodbridge Vikings (Woodbridge, VA) in a Cardinal challenge, on Tuesday, September 17. Potomac Senior will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Colonial Forge (Stafford, VA).
