Fans at Sunday's non-league battle between the Episcopal Academy Churchmen (Newtown Square, PA) and the visiting Life Center Academy Warriors (Burlington, NJ), saw Episcopal Academy's soccer squad triumph over Life Center Academy by a count of 7-0.
The Churchmen (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Holy Ghost Prep (Bensalem, PA). The Firebirds enter the non-league battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Holy Ghost Prep nipped Father Judge (Philadelphia, PA), 2-1, in a non-league match.
The Warriors now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host Perkiomen School for a non-league match on Tuesday, September 16. Life Center Academy will meet a Panthers team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Blair Academy (Blairstown, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 4-0.
