The Union Grove Christian Patriots volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Matthews Christian Academy Colts to 0 in the Patriots non-league victory on Thursday.
The Patriots now have a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodland Baptist Christian for a game on Friday, September 23.
The Colts (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Cramerton Christian Academy (Cramerton, NC). The Crusaders enter the non-league game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, Cramerton Christian Academy gained a win over Gospel Light Christian (Walkertown, NC), 2-0, in a league game.
