Palmer Ridge Bears (Monument, CO) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Roosevelt Roughriders (Johnstown, CO), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bears confront the Vista Ridge Wolves (Colorado Springs, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 20. Palmer Ridge will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Coronado (Colorado Springs, CO).
The Roughriders now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pueblo County for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 17. Roosevelt will confront a Hornets team coming off a 5-2 league loss to Pueblo Centennial (Pueblo, CO). The Hornets record now stands at 2-3.
