With the triumph, Wayne County moves its record to 13-1 on the year. The Yellow Jackets host Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA) to play the Yellowjackets in a 4A Region 3 game on Tuesday, September 20. The Yellowjackets come into the game with a record of 11-4. Southeast Bulloch won 17-0 in their recent league game against Burke County (Waynesboro, GA)

In their next game, the Wildcats play the Valdosta Wildcats (Valdosta, GA) in a 7A Region 1 game, on Tuesday, September 20. Richmond Hill will attempt to move on its 5-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the game with a 7-7 record after their 14-2 league loss to Lowndes (Valdosta, GA).
