The Academy of Holy Angels Stars (Richfield, MN) volleyball overcame the visiting St. Anthony Village Huskies (Minneapolis, MN), 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Academy of Holy Angels upgrades its record to 6-0 on the year. The Stars travel to Fort Lee (Fort Lee, NJ) to play the Bridgemen in a non-league outing on Friday, September 16. The Bridgemen go into the outing with a record of 2-1. Fort Lee won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Dwight Morrow (Englewood, NJ)

The Huskies now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Wabasha-Kellogg for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 17. St. Anthony Village will play a Falcons squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Cotter (Winona, MN). The Falcons record now stands at 2-5.
