Wisconsin High School Volleyball - Ashland over Ladysmith

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Ashland Oredockers (Ashland, WI) and the visiting Ladysmith Lumberjacks (Ladysmith, WI), saw Ashland's volleyball squad beat Ladysmith by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Ashland upgrades its record to 12-4 on the year. The Oredockers travel to Baldwin-Woodville (Baldwin, WI) to play the Blackhawks in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 17. The Blackhawks go into the bout with a record of 15-2.

The Lumberjacks now own a 9-13 record. They play next when they host Barron for a Heart O'North bout on Tuesday, September 20. Ladysmith will play a Golden Bears squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Spooner (Spooner, WI). The Golden Bears record now stands at 14-5.
