The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Big Spring Bulldogs (Newville, PA) and the visiting Waynesboro Indians (Waynesboro, PA), saw Big Spring's volleyball squad beat Waynesboro by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Big Spring upgrades its record to 5-2 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to James Buchanan (Mercersburg, PA) to play the Rockets in a Mid-Penn - Colonial bout on Tuesday, September 20. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 5-1.

The Indians now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Chambersburg for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 17. Waynesboro will play a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Cumberland Valley (Mechanicsburg, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 0-6.
