Colorado High School Volleyball - Chaparral over Douglas County

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Chaparral Wolverines (Parker, CO) and the visiting Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO), saw Chaparral's volleyball squad beat Douglas County by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Chaparral upgrades its record to 10-2 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Heritage (Littleton, CO) to play the Eagles in a 5A Continental bout on Tuesday, September 20. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-0. Heritage won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Denver South (Denver, CO)

The Huskies now own a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Castle View for a 5A Continental bout on Tuesday, September 20. Douglas County will play a Sabercats squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Sabercats record now stands at 7-3.
