Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Grove City tips Slippery Rock

In Thursday's non-league contest, the Grove City Eagles (Grove City, PA) volleyball squad nudged the visiting Slippery Rock Rockets (Slippery Rock, PA), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Warren Dragons (Warren, PA) in a District 10 Region 5 contest, on Monday, September 19. Grove City will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Dragons go into the contest with a 8-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Harbor Creek (Harborcreek, PA).

With the loss, Slippery Rock moves to 3-2 on the year. The Rockets host Seneca (Erie, PA) to battle the Bobcats in a non-league contest on Saturday, September 17. The Bobcats go into the contest with a record of 2-5. Seneca lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Erie (Erie, PA)
