Indiana High School Volleyball - River Forest over Lake Station Edison

The River Forest Ingots (Hobart, IN) volleyball overcame the host Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles (Lake Station, IN), 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, River Forest upgrades its record to 2-10 on the year. The Ingots host Hammond Central (Hammond, IN) to face the Wolves in a non-league outing on Monday, September 19. The Wolves go into the outing with a record of 4-5. Hammond Central won 3-2 in their recent league outing against Gary West Side (Gary, IN)

The Fighting Eagles now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Marquette Catholic for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 20. Lake Station Edison will face a Blazers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Oregon-Davis (Hamlet, IN). The Blazers record now stands at 12-2.
