The North Clayton Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Mt. Zion Bulldogs to 0 in the Eagles league victory on Thursday.
The Eagles now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westlake for a non-league game on Monday, September 19. North Clayton will meet a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league win over Pebblebrook (Mableton, GA). The Lions record now stands at 11-9.
The Bulldogs (2-10) will now prepare for their game against Elite Scholars Academy (Jonesboro, GA). The Royal Knights enter the non-league game with a 10-2 record. In their last game, Elite Scholars Academy gained a win over McNair (Atlanta, GA), 2-0, in a league game.
