Indiana High School Volleyball - Rochester can't hold off Northfield

In Thursday's league battle, the host Northfield Norsemen volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Rochester Zebras.

The Norsemen (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against North Judson-San Pierre (North Judson, IN). The Bluejays come into the non-league battle with a 10-8 record. In their last battle, North Judson-San Pierre was edged by Culver Community (Culver, IN), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Zebras clash with the Maconaquah Braves (Bunker Hill, IN) in a Three Rivers battle, on Tuesday, September 20. Rochester will attempt to advance on its 6-11 season record. The Braves come into the battle with a 5-16 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Western (Russiaville, IN).
