Nebraska High School Volleyball - Paxton tips Perkins County

Paxton Tigers (Paxton, NE) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Perkins County Plainsmen (Grant, NE), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Maxwell Wildcats (Maxwell, NE) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 17. Paxton will attempt to advance on its 9-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 1-10 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Brady (Brady, NE).

With the loss, Perkins County drops to 4-6 on the campaign. The Plainsmen travel to Bridgeport (Bridgeport, NE) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, September 17. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 5-6. Bridgeport lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Chadron (Chadron, NE)
