North Carolina High School Football - Hickory Ridge sneaks past A.L. Brown

September 15, 2023: Harrisburg, NC 28075

The Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) football edged the visiting A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), 33-28 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Ragin' Bulls face the Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC) in a 4A Greater Metro bout, on Friday, September 22. Hickory Ridge will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Blue Devils enter the bout with a 4-0 record after their 42-3 league win over Cox Mill (Concord, NC).

The Wonders (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Wildcats enter the 4A Greater Metro bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, Lake Norman nudged Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC), 23-21, in a non-league bout.
