In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Pleasanton Blu-Jays football squad scored a good 31-12 victory over the Belle Plaine Dragons.

In their next game, the Blu-Jays clash with the Olpe Eagles (Olpe, KS) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 22. Pleasanton will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 14-0 non-league loss to Osage City (Osage City, KS).

The Dragons (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Sacred Heart (Salina, KS). The Knights enter the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Sacred Heart was toppled by Ellsworth (Ellsworth, KS), 39-3, in a non-league match.
