Texas High School Football - Big Spring drops to Sweetwater

In Friday's non-league game, the Sweetwater Mustangs (Sweetwater, TX) football team knocked off the host Big Spring Steers (Big Spring, TX), by a score of 56-30.

The Mustangs (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Clyde (Clyde, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, Clyde toppled Ballinger (Ballinger, TX), 56-0, in a non-league game.

The Steers now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Snyder for a non-league game on Friday, September 22. Big Spring will battle a Tigers team coming off a 43-22 non-league loss to Monahans (Monahans, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 2-2.
