In Friday's league match, the host Billings Central Catholic Rams football squad scored a close 26-21 victory over the Laurel Locomotives.

In their next game, the Rams confront the Sidney Eagles (Sidney, MT) in a non-league test, on Friday, September 22. Billings Central Catholic will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 1-5 record after their 20-0 non-league win over Watford City (Watford City, ND).

With the loss, Laurel drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Locomotives host Custer County (Miles City, MT) to confront the Cowboys in a non-league test on Friday, September 22. The Cowboys come into the test with a record of 1-3. Custer County won 40-14 in their recent non-league test against East Helena (East Helena, MT)
