The Brindlee Mountain Lions football team (Guntersville, AL), was ripped 44-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Vinemont Eagles (Vinemont, AL)

The Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Susan Moore (Blountsville, AL). The Bulldogs come into the 3A Region 7 challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Susan Moore trounced Asbury (Albertville, AL), 36-0, in a league challenge.

The Lions now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Woodville for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 29.
