North Carolina High School Football - Freedom tipped by Chase

September 15, 2023: Forest City, NC 28043

The Freedom Patriots football team (Morganton, NC), was tipped 23-20 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Chase Trojans (Forest City, NC)

The Trojans (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against East Rutherford (Forest City, NC). The Cavaliers come into the 1A/2A Mountain Foothills challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, East Rutherford was tipped by Brevard (Brevard, NC), 63-15, in a league challenge.

The Patriots now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Hibriten for a Northwestern 3A/4A challenge on Friday, September 29. Freedom will meet a Panthers team coming off a 56-20 non-league loss to Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 2-3.
