In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Cicero-North Syracuse Northstars football squad scored a good 42-27 victory over the Union-Endicott Tigers.
In their next game, the Northstars clash with the Baldwinsville Bees (Baldwinsville, NY) in a Section 3 AA match, on Friday, September 22. Cicero-North Syracuse will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Bees enter the match with a 0-3 record after their 32-29 non-league loss to Elmira/Southside (Elmira, NY).
The Tigers (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Vestal (Vestal, NY). The Golden Bears enter the Section 4 A match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Vestal ran past West Genesee (Camillus, NY), 19-7, in a non-league match.
