Ohio High School Football - Steubenville prevails Dover

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Steubenville Big Red (Steubenville, OH) and the host Dover Crimson Tornadoes (Dover, OH), witnessed Steubenville's football squad notch a victory over Dover by a margin of 34-14.

In their next game, the Big Red clash with the Wheeling Park Patriots (Wheeling, WV) in a Ohio Valley AAAAA bout, on Friday, September 22. Steubenville will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Patriots enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 17-14 league loss to University (Morgantown, WV).

The Crimson Tornadoes (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Canfield (Canfield, OH). The Cardinals enter the non-league bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Canfield thwarted Chaney (Youngstown, OH), 35-14, in a non-league bout.
