In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Glen Rose Beavers football squad scored a good 38-7 victory over the Fordyce Redbugs.

In their next game, the Beavers clash with the Paris Eagles (Paris, AR) in a 3A Region 4 match, on Friday, September 22. Glen Rose will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.

The Redbugs (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Barton (Lexa, AR). The Bears enter the 3A Region 6 match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Barton was toppled by Bald Knob (Bald Knob, AR), 41-24, in a non-league match.
