Ohio High School Football - Girard trounces Pymatuning Valley

September 15, 2023: Girard, OH 44420

In Friday's non-league match, the host Girard Indians football squad scored a big 42-6 victory over the Pymatuning Valley Lakers.

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Lakeview Bulldogs (Cortland, OH) in a Northeast 8 match, on Friday, September 22. Girard will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 3-2 record after their 31-0 league loss to McKinley (Niles, OH).

The Lakers (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Southeast (Ravenna, OH). The Pirates enter the non-league match with a 5-0 record. In their last match, Southeast routed Minerva (Minerva, OH), 44-14, in a non-league match.
